I just finish this Photo by Photoshop, edit an original image and apply it on paper photo. It is quite comple, and requires your aesthetics.

1. I duplicate a layer and change it to Black & White ( Ctlr+Shift+u)
2. Use smart blur and add noise to the duplicated layer
3. Texturizer
4. Applying a mask layer and use brush to delete whatever you think unnecessar
   

After that the result will be like this one
