This pic is edited by Photoshop, I just use some brushes and shapes which are available in Photoshop

Make a cartoon image

There are 4 simple steps to make a cartoon image
1. Filter > Artistic > Poster Edges.
2. Adjust the Brightness & Contrast with the values: Brightness Value: 10 Contrast: 30.
3. Filter > Artistic > Cut Out
4. Add some brushes you have to make it prettier

I just design a web layout for my project. I choose a flowers for navigation's background
